Our youth advanced performance class is the next stage of our youth program. Individuals with the appropriate experience level will find this class to be what they’re looking for to take their training to the next level. This program is designed around the complete athlete combining power, strength, and metabolic conditioning to achieve maximum results. Our goal is to create movement efficiency and effectiveness to reduce injury potential and reach performance potential.
