Coordination, strength, & movement. Our youth foundations class offers everything a young athlete needs to not only excel in their sport but more importantly to reduce the potential for injury. This class creates the foundation of movement skills. Like any skill like it needs to be taught and trained. The Dryland Training System teaches the different skills and techniques of being an athlete. Training basic skills such as accelerating, decelerating, changing directions, sprinting, and jumping, an individual will become a more efficient and effective athlete. All we ask for is desire, dedication, determination, and discipline to become one inch better. Our classes will provide a motivating and encouraging environment to foster maximal growth and development for all athletes.
