As an athlete and a practitioner with 10 years experience, Jen’s comprehensive approach to bodywork and fitness utilizes therapeutic massage, strength training, and nutrition to create personalized treatments for each individual client. Jen’s background is extensive: over the last decade, she has traveled to Australia, Thailand, and Bali to study a multitude of bodywork and training techniques that are thoughtfully integrated into her practice.
She brings a deeply holistic perspective to Dryland’s team. Jen holds licenses in Orthopedic & Medical Massage, Strength & Conditioning, and Functional Training.
