Biography:

Tony has a degree in basic nutrition, health & fitness and NSCA (National Strength Conditioning Association) and 7 years of experience in the health & fitness field professionally. Tony’s mission is to prove to the community that training like an athlete or training your inner athlete will give you great results back by science! Tony has lost 43 lbs training like an athlete and also packed on 27 lbs of muscle mass. So he knows what it takes to lose weight and put on muscle mass.

Tony has a passion for helping others live a healthier and happier lifestyle. He does personal development every day to focus on the mindset.  He applies it to life & helps others grow through the right mindset. So, not only Tony is a Trainer and a Lifestyle Coach too!
